Yes. Dubrovnik to Kotor is 52 km, about 1 hour via the Adriatic Highway and the Debeli Brijeg border crossing. You need a Green Card (international motor insurance certificate), which costs from €38 and is arranged at our Dubrovnik Airport desk before you leave.

Is there a border crossing between Split and Dubrovnik? +

No. Since the Pelješac Bridge opened in July 2022, the Split to Dubrovnik drive is entirely within Croatia. The bridge bypasses the former Neum (Bosnia) corridor, so no Green Card, no passport check, and no border stop is required for this specific route.
